| Ronin Ability - Enhanced Intelligence is an ability one would often attribute to those born with higher levels of intelligence, however it is something wholly different. The user of this ability is capable of modifying their intelligence in the midst of battle in order to benefit from different boosts from each level of intelligence. At higher levels, they are capable of permanently increasing or decreasing their intelligence at the cost of their life-force and at risk of their life. This ability's use, overall, is more supplementary than offensive or defensive, making it a bit rare among Ronin Abilities. - E.I. Techs:

Description: Intelligence is something that all sentient beings possess, however there are a select lucky few who boast higher levels of intelligence while there are those who have lower levels. [Insert Name], thanks to his Ronin Ability, is freely capable of increasing or decreasing his intelligence as he sees fit. This change can only occur when a split Blood and Stamina price is paid, and only lasts for a certain amount of time based on the intelligence in question, which is naturally followed by a cooldown period where they are reverted to their base level of intelligence and are incapable of modifying it. This duration is shorter the higher the level of intelligence, while the cooldown is higher. This allows the user to maintain Retard level intelligence for much longer than they are capable of maintaining Genius level intelligence. The blood and stamina prices for each are also much higher. The user's skill level works to lengthen the duration they can maintain their intelligence change, as well as decrease the cooldown. Description: This technique can be seen as the apex of those belonging to the Enhanced Intelligence technique line, as it works to convert a temporary boost into a permanent one. This technique forcibly expands or reduces the user's brain, increasing or decreasing density while multiplying or eliminating the brain cells therein, so that they are not simply simulating higher/lower levels of intelligence but actually taking them on until this technique is used once more to change one's intelligence again. This procedure is taxing on one's brain, requiring not only a Blood and Mental Recoil Price, but also a period of hospitalization where the user is in a coma while their brain acclimates to the new changes. This technique can only be used 3 times in one's life, with the first time going off without a hitch while the second (Success Chance) and third (Random Encounter) changes have chances of failure which render the user completely brain dead (3/10 or 30/100 chance of failure respectively). Rather than going by Intelligence, the prices and comatose time frame for each is based on how many levels the user is dropping or rising.
