Equipment Name: Little Prince, Basilisk Type of Equipment: Sword (Khopesh) Rank: S-Rank How Many: 1 Appearance: Basilisk is one of the two powerful blades handed down within the Isley Family, passed from head to head in honor of the man who originally wielded them. Each time the weapons gain a new wielder, it is customary to reforge them in order to make them stronger and to have them fit the user's own style. Amunet's rendition of Basilisk is unique, due to the type of sword she chose to reforge it into. The khopesh is unique in that it is double edged rather than sharp on one side and blunt on the other. Out side of that it is normally shaped, however the tip curves back on itself, creating a sharp stabbing point as well as a curve in the blade that can be used for beheadings. It is about the average size for a khopesh, measuring in at 34 inches in length with the blade being 24 inches long while the hilt is 10 and is typically kept strapped to the Amunet's waist, either on the same side as Cockatrice or on opposite hips. It has a silvery appearance with dark swirls of red, like blood, through it, while the hilt bears a long flowing maroon ribbon that bears the kanji for "Isley", "Basilisk", "Hidden" and "Steel" on it in black silk. The glove cuts off after the first digit on the finger leaving the upper half uncovered. The forearm has 3 slots on the outer forearm with 1 slot below the wrist which can store Kunai allowing 4 to be stored in one bracer at a single time, resulting in Eight total. Wearing these bracers allows one to grasp a bladed weapon in either hand without being cut up likewise it can be used to catch an bladed projectiles incorrectly, also protecting Amunet's hands from harm. Modified Arashi Jacket - Spoiler:
Equipment Name: Brotherhood Covering Type of Equipment: Light Armor [Legs/Torso & Head] Rank: S How Many: 1 Appearance: This garment is the only one gifted to her by the Arashi Clan that Amunet changed in a major way. Rather than a whole jacket, she had it separated into a covering for her shoulders and waist, with the fabrics being in different hues of white, red and orange. Due to the nature of the new covering, the hood is attached to the shoulder covering and she is capable of wearing a Flak Jacket (or similar armor) alongside it. There is a harness on the small of her back either to hold a single 2 handed weapon (such as a bow) or 2 one handed weapons arranged in an X-pattern. On the left and right sides of the jacket on the hips are slots specifically for a single handheld crossbow with the handle facing outward to be easily drawn with the opposite hand. Inside the "skirt" there are four slots arranged in rows of 2 each meant for a shuriken or kunai to be placed with in on either side resulting in 8 total capable of being stored at once. Similar to the Brotherhood Pants these slots can be instead filled with a Fuuma Shuriken resulting in a total of 4 (1 can be stored for every 2 regular slots). There is a small pocket either on the left or right side of the hood which can be used to store pill consumables for quick access. Thanks to being made out of Kechawacha hide it is very lightweight and while wearing it one is capable of slowing their speed of descent (falling speed) by 1-rank, if they open the skirt and clutch it they are able to use it to glide varying distances depending on how far they are from the ground. Description: The Eight Gates are eight specific tenketsu on a person's Chakra Pathway System. They limit the overall flow of chakra within a person's body. The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By undergoing intense training, one can learn how to open these gates allowing the user to surpass their own physical limits at the cost of extreme damage to their own body. By learning this fighting style the user becomes more knowledgeable about their limits in combat, and eventually learn how to lengthen the amount of time they are able to maintain their gates active. The starting length of the Eight Gates technique is dependent on the user's Endurance Tiers as the chakra flowing through their body upon the release of this technique is stressful but those who possess high enough endurance can endure said pain longer than those without. Through retraining this specific technique, the user can extend this duration by 5 Posts (Total) each time, and depending on the user's rank their max limit varies. Likewise this technique serves as both a gate way and a means for the user to partially bypass their max technique limit, this is due to upon retraining this technique to a certain rank the user is able to utilize a specific gate (and those below it) even if they haven't learned the technique and thus added it to their technique limit.
